If you cannot save your resume in the Profile page, please try the following: - Access the site with a computer desktop or laptop. - Use Google Chrome to access the website. - Update your browser and clear cookies. - Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. - Make sure the file size is less than 1MB. - Make sure the file is in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format. - If .doc or .docx does not work, convert the file to .pdf.




How do I change my password?


To change your password, click Forgot Password in the Sign In page.




How do I update my resume?


To update your resume, log in, go to My Account, go to the Profile tab, and click Upload Resume and replace your existing resume. To avoid issues when updating your resume, please try the following: - Access the site with a computer desktop or laptop. - Use Google Chrome to access the website. - Update your browser and clear cookies. - Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. - Make sure the file size is less than 1 megabyte. - Make sure the file is in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format. - If .doc or .docx does not work, convert the file into .pdf.

How do I apply on iMTalent?


After registering an account, you can find job posts by clicking Job Bulletin on the left menu. Search language pairs in the search bar. (Note: If you do not get any results, try unticking boxes in the Advanced Search filters.) If you find a post that interests you, click View to read through the details of the position. In the Job Detail section at the bottom, choose from the drop-down list, then click Apply. You will be redirected to My Applications. Complete the required surveys and tests by clicking Start on each Requirement. Note: If you have a pending application, you won't be able to apply for new jobs on iMTalent. If you wish to apply to a new test, you must withdraw your pending application.




What should I do if I cannot find a job post I want to apply for?


You may not find positions that are relevant to you. If you would like us to contact you when certain positions are open, please fill out this Application Form.




Can I apply for multiple jobs at once?


You can apply for one job at a time. After an ongoing application is processed, you can apply for another position, provided that the recruitment is still open. If you wish to discard your previous application and apply for a new one, you can withdraw the pending application by clicking Withdraw under the Action column in My Applications.




After applying, is there a deadline for completing the test?


There is no deadline, but we highly recommend that you take the test soon after you apply. Once the recruitment is closed, your application may not be processed or experience significant delays.




What is the duration of the test?


Depending on the language pair, you will usually be given eight minutes to complete the multiple choice test and two hours to complete the video translation test. The timer starts once you click Start.




Where can I find the test tutorial and guidelines?


When you click Start in My Applications, you will be directed to the Tutorial and Guideline page. Make sure you watch the video and click the Instructions button for detailed translation guidelines.




Can I save and continue my test another time?


No. Once you start the test, you must finish it within the time limit. The test will be automatically forfeited if you exit the test partway or run out of time.




If I accidentally left the test page, what should I do?


If you leave the test page or get disconnected from the internet, the test will be automatically forfeited. Please contact Resource Management for assistance.




What should I do if the video or the translation tool is not showing in the test?


Please contact Resource Management to report the error, adding details and screenshots if applicable.




What should I do if I receive the message “Test Taken”?


The “Test Taken” message shows up due to an error caused when the internet is disconnected while taking the test. Please contact Resource Management for assistance.




How do I withdraw my application?


You can withdraw your application by clicking Withdraw under the Action column in My Applications.




What should I do If I accidentally click Withdraw instead of Submit?


If you accidentally withdraw your test, please contact Resource Management.




When will I receive the evaluation result?


It takes about two weeks to evaluate a test. However, this may take longer due to application traffic. Note: Only submitted applications are evaluated, so check whether your application has been submitted. To submit an application, click Submit under the Action column in My Applications.




When can I retake a failed test?


You can retake your test 30 days after receiving the result. Once the waiting period is over, please contact Resource Management for a retake.
