Frequently Asked Questions
After registering an account, you can find job posts by clicking Job Bulletin on the left menu.
Search language pairs in the search bar. (Note: If you do not get any results, try unticking boxes in the Advanced Search filters.)
If you find a post that interests you, click View to read through the details of the position. In the Job Detail section at the bottom, choose from the drop-down list, then click Apply.
You will be redirected to My Applications. Complete the required surveys and tests by clicking Start on each Requirement.
Note: If you have a pending application, you won't be able to apply for new jobs on iMTalent. If you wish to apply to a new test, you must withdraw your pending application.
You may not find positions that are relevant to you. If you would like us to contact you when certain positions are open, please fill out this Application Form.
If you cannot save your resume in the Profile page, please try the following:
- Access the site with a computer desktop or laptop.
- Use Google Chrome to access the website.
- Update your browser and clear cookies.
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
- Make sure the file size is less than 1MB.
- Make sure the file is in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.
- If .doc or .docx does not work, convert the file to .pdf.
To update your resume, log in, go to My Account, go to the Profile tab, and click Upload Resume and replace your existing resume.
To avoid issues when updating your resume, please try the following:
- Access the site with a computer desktop or laptop.
- Use Google Chrome to access the website.
- Update your browser and clear cookies.
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
- Make sure the file size is less than 1 megabyte.
- Make sure the file is in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.
- If .doc or .docx does not work, convert the file into .pdf.
You can apply for one job at a time. After an ongoing application is processed, you can apply for another position, provided that the recruitment is still open.
If you wish to discard your previous application and apply for a new one, you can withdraw the pending application by clicking Withdraw under the Action column in My Applications.
When you click Start in My Applications, you will be directed to the Tutorial and Guideline page. Make sure you click the Instructions button for detailed translation guidelines and tutorial videos.
You can withdraw your application by clicking Withdraw under the Action column in My Applications.
It takes about two weeks to evaluate a test. However, this may take longer due to application traffic.
Note: Only submitted applications are evaluated, so check whether your application has been submitted. To submit an application, click Submit under the Action column in My Applications.
To retake a test, you must reapply to the same position. To reapply for a position, you must wait 6 months after failing the test, the position must still be open, and the status of your application must be “Closed”. If the status of your application has not been updated to “Closed”, please contact Resource Management.
To apply for a permanent position, please contact inquiry.HR@iyunomg.com.
